Leading mustard greens variety for spring and fall plantings. Matures in 47 days. Large, wide, long oval bright green leaves fringed and curled on the edges. Heirloom variety.
Culture: Directly sow seed as soon as soil can be worked in the spring and again every 3 weeks until late spring for successive plantings. Sow again in late summer for fall crop. Water regularly and fertilize when 3" (7.5 cm) tall.
Harvest: Cut entire plant or pick individual tender leaves.
Uses: May be eaten raw in salads or cooked as greens.
